1. SMS Communications

We send messages to customers once they have contacted us about our services, and will continue to text them as a standard form of communication unless they opt-out.

2. Canceling SMS Service

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, you will be unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. Help & Support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can get help directly at 801-430-3983.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy.

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, and to comply with the law. We may also use your information for other purposes with your consent. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so. We do not share your information with third parties.

We only collect personal information that you provide to us which include: names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and email addresses. We do not process any sensitive information.
